Returns & Exchanges

 RETURN POLICY

We understand that things happen, so if you aren’t satisfied with your order, we offer returns within 30 days of when your order was delivered. We’ll authorize a return for any items that are unopened, unworn, and with the original tags.

Please note that while we offer return labels for exchanges, return labels will not be provided for refunds. 
HOW DOES IT WORK? 

To begin your return, you will need to print and complete the Returns & Exchanges form: return-exchange-form . If a return shipment is mailed without a return/exchange form, that shipment will not be accepted. Once processed, your refund will be applied to the original payment method within ten days of receiving and verifying the inventory condition. Please note that if we receive damages or previously worn items, a return cannot be processed and the item cannot be shipped back to you.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We take customer satisfaction seriously, so if an error was made with the style or fit you ordered, we want to make it right. Our exchange policy allows you to make an exchange completely free within 30 days of when your order was delivered.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

All you have to do is email our customer support team, support@kognitoapparel.com, and explain what you would like to exchange. From there, we will send you a return label for you to return the item(s). We will then send you your desired product.
